Refund and Returns Policy

At BARESAFETY SDN BHD, we are committed to providing high-quality safety products. However, we understand that issues may arise. This Return and Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which we accept returns and process refunds.

Reporting Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged item or an item different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately.

  • Timeframe: You must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the goods.
  • Proof Required: Please email admin@baresafety.com with your Order Number and clear photos/videos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • Resolution: We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost, or issue a full refund if the item is out of stock.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Unused and in the same condition that you received it.

In the original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of safety equipment and industrial standards, we cannot accept returns for:

Goods damaged due to misuse or incorrect installation by the customer.

Items that have been installed, used, or altered in any way.

Custom-made or special-order items (e.g., custom-length barriers or printed signage).

Clearance or “Sale” items (unless defective).

“Change of Mind” Policy

Please choose your products carefully. We generally do not accept returns or refunds for “change of mind” once the order has been processed and shipped.

Exception: At our sole discretion, we may allow an exchange for a different item of equal or higher value, provided the original item is returned in perfect, resellable condition. In such cases, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

Shipping Costs for Returns

Our Fault (Defect/Wrong Item): We will bear the shipping cost for returning the item to us and sending the replacement to you.

Customer Request (Exchange): If an exchange is granted (non-defect), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the new item.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Method: Refunds will be credited back to your original method of payment or via online bank transfer.

Approved Refunds: Will be processed within 7-14 business days.
