Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Partners: We utilize third-party courier and logistics services to deliver your orders.
Delivery Timelines: Any delivery dates provided are estimates only. BARESAFETY SDN BHD is not liable for any delays caused by the courier service, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances.
Risk of Loss: All items purchased are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

Installation and Liability (Important)

No Installation Services: Unless explicitly agreed upon in a separate written contract, our prices are for supply only and do not include installation.
Professional Installation Required: Many of our products (e.g., heavy industrial equipment) require professional installation. We strongly recommend using qualified contractors.
Limitation of Liability:BARESAFETY SDN BHD shall not be liable for any damage, injury, or failure resulting from:
- Incorrect installation or assembly by the customer or third parties.
- Misuse, negligence, or modification of the product.
- Failure to maintain the product according to standard safety protocols.

Returns and Refunds

Our Return and Refund Policy is a separate document but forms part of these Terms.

Generally, requests for returns must be made within 3 days of receipt.
We do not accept returns for “change of mind” on used or installed items.
